MARINESCAPE CAN HOLD LIVE~STOCK FOR A CUSTOMER IF THE CUSTOMER CAN NOT MAKE IT INTO THE STORE.  MARINESCAPE REQUIRES A DEPOSIT TO "HOLD" FISH UNTIL PICK-UP.  IF CUSTOMER CAN NOT PICK-UP ON DATE AGREED UPON, THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT THE STORE, FOR AN AUTHORIZED ALTERNATIVE PICK-UP DATE.  IF THE CUSTOMER HAS NOT CONTACTED THE STORE, DOES NOT PICK UP LIVE~STOCK ON DATE OF HOLD, MARINESCAPE WILL KEEP DEPOSIT & NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AS LIVE STOCK COULD HAVE BEEN SOLD & OPERATING & FEEDING COSTS. 
MARINESCAPE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY TRADES OR CREDITS ON CORAL OR LIVESTOCK UNLESS OWNERS HAVE AGREED.
